Price includes entrance to the park and trails for all your guests for the day.

If seating is required, add on 10% to above prices.

To reserve Quoddy Learning Centre in case of inclement weather  – $50. non-refundable deposit.

A non-refundable deposit of 15% will be required at the time of booking and signing of your contract.  A follow- up will be scheduled 60 (sixty days) before the event date to review any changes or amendments to the contract as required.  At this time an additional deposit of 35% of the expected invoice is payable for a total deposit of 50%.  Not less than 15 (fifteen) days before the event date all details will be reviewed once again and reconfirmed and final payment is due.

Catering – Because we do not have onsite catering services, we allow you to use the caterer of your choice.  They do however, have to make arrangements with park personnel for arrival and departure, set up and tear down, and serving. etc.

Cancellation Policy – Minimum of 60 (sixty) day written notice.  Non-refundable deposit of 15%.
